Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital products (website templates and a kit of preparation documents, files delivered by download) on the LanderKit website, between the seller, LACANGEL GROUP, SAS (simplified joint-stock company) — SIREN 995 268 018 — registered office: 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France — president: Clément Lacaille — administration@lacangel.fr — EU VAT number: FR21995268018 — and any consumer or professional customer. The site is published by Clem corp — Clément Lacaille, sole proprietor (Tech-Bharat brand); see the legal notice.

2. Products and prices

Templates are sold at €89 each; the full bundle of all 10 templates is sold at €229; the Landing Page Strategy Kit (PDF, Word and Excel documents) is sold at €79; PDF guides are sold at the price shown on their page (Landing page réglementée: €29; Formulaires de landing page: €24; Paid ads landing pages: €29; SMS opt-in landing pages: €24). Prices are in euros, VAT included. Applicable prices are those displayed at the time of order. Payment is made online through Stripe.

1-click purchase. On a first payment, Stripe keeps your card (as stated on the payment page). On this device, later purchases can be made in one click: the button shows the product, the price VAT included and the card used; clicking places an order with an obligation to pay and the amount is charged right away, with the same instant download and the same waiver of the right of withdrawal as a regular payment. You can always pay with another card and ask for the saved card to be deleted by writing to admin@tech-bharat.com.

3. Delivery

Delivery is immediate: after payment, a download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent by email. In case of difficulty, support resends the link within one business day (admin@tech-bharat.com).

4. Licence

The purchase grants a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the template on an unlimited number of projects, including your clients' projects. The following are forbidden: reselling, redistributing, sharing the template as such (modified or not), or including it in a competing product.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied immediately after the consumer has expressly waived that right, which the customer accepts at the time of download. Independently of this legal rule, LanderKit applies a 14-day “satisfied or refunded” commercial guarantee: full refund on simple email, no justification required.

6. Liability

Templates are provided “as is”. The customer remains solely responsible for the compliance of their own content (their business's legal notices, commercial claims, GDPR) and for hosting their site.

7. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
