Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of digital products (website templates, files delivered by download) on the LanderKit website, between the site publisher and any consumer or professional customer.
2. Products and prices
Templates are sold at €59 incl. VAT each; the full bundle of all 10 templates is sold at €149 incl. VAT. Applicable prices are those displayed at the time of order. Payment is made online through Stripe.
3. Delivery
Delivery is immediate: after payment, a download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent by email. In case of difficulty, support resends the link within one business day (admin@tech-bharat.com).
4. Licence
The purchase grants a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the template on an unlimited number of projects, including your clients' projects. The following are forbidden: reselling, redistributing, sharing the template as such (modified or not), or including it in a competing product.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied immediately after the consumer has expressly waived that right, which the customer accepts at the time of download. Independently of this legal rule, LanderKit applies a 14-day “satisfied or refunded” commercial guarantee: full refund on simple email, no justification required.
6. Liability
Templates are provided “as is”. The customer remains solely responsible for the compliance of their own content (their business's legal notices, commercial claims, GDPR) and for hosting their site.
7. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
