Data collected

When you purchase, Stripe collects the data required for payment (email, payment method). LanderKit only receives your email and the order details, in order to deliver the product and provide support. The site sets no advertising tracking cookies and uses no intrusive third-party analytics.

Tips emails and free resources

When you request a free resource (for instance the CRO checklist), we collect your email and, if you provide it, your first name — only with your explicit consent (unticked checkbox: "I agree to receive conversion tips and offers by email") — in order to send you conversion tips and our offers. This data is stored in a dedicated database hosted with DigitalOcean, together with the date and exact wording of your consent; your IP address is never stored in clear text (an anonymised fingerprint only, for anti-abuse purposes). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to admin@tech-bharat.com; your data is then deleted, and at the latest 3 years after your last contact.

Purposes and legal bases

• Contract performance: template delivery, support, updates.
• Legal obligations: invoicing and accounting.
• Legitimate interest: payment fraud prevention (through Stripe).
• Consent: sending conversion tips and offers by email, withdrawable at any time.

Retention periods

Order data is kept for the legal retention period applicable to accounting documents (10 years). Support emails are kept for 3 years after the last contact.

Processors

Stripe (payment), Vercel (hosting), GitHub (code hosting), DigitalOcean (email database hosting). Each provides GDPR-compliant safeguards for any transfers outside the EU.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them: admin@tech-bharat.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority.
